Rich will continue to live in Switzerland...I know the area he lives in and for most, this would be thought of as paradise to most people...lives in a mansion with terrific views of the Alps, mins from Lake Zurich, very commutable to downtown Zurich, 2 hrs from Davos and a whole host of other amazing ski areas (which is where they snagged him a couple of times), is driven around town in an S-class Mercedes (to have a driver in Switzerland is a huge rarity), etc, etc...for him, America is now a hostile land, so my guess is that like many others before him, he will continue to live life on the lam...only difference now is that he will look over his shoulder a little less often...I can only guess that the years without his daughter who died tragically and limited access to other family members and friends caused him much hardship.
