Larry. On LOILY's correction:

It's not unusual for an quick explosive up spike such as that one to retrace most of the move. Picked that up from Don W. a couple of years ago. The big Intermediate Term moves usually develop gradually on a string of more modest daily gains with lots of backing and filling. This prevents sentiment from getting to bullish extremes too quickly.

Was looking for support in the 2 1/2 to 5/8 area. But it has dipped under that and probably enabled the MMs run some sell stops(g). This is just part of the game and people shouldn't get upset about it.

Was tempted to trade out of part of my position in the upper 2s but didn't. Trade some positions actively. Others, such as HGT, EEE, LOILY, NTG and RTN.B, prefer to hold for longer Intermediate or even Long Term appreciation. Phillips' the latest buy in that catagory.

Am content to be patient with LOILY. Doubt it will happen. But if it returns to the very lo 2s (say on the chance that the onshore Albanian well is a duster?) will add to the position as I did at 2.175 in January.

LOILY has a great deal of unrealized LT value IMHO. Should be an easy double from the mid-2s and probably a lot more than that.

Cheers

Iso
