Update on shutdown problems:
After successfully downloading Shutz, my computer shut downed correctly the first two times, but on the last two shutdowns I received my "fatal exception" error (back to haunt me)! Oh well! I think at this point I have exhausted all possibilities and will just live with it as long as it isn't causing any serious damage to my computer.
