TA, the high PE on the stock is making it hard to make any gains. Too many are ready to sell.
It seems we are still in the buy value period. People are just not willing to take a "risk" on higher PE stocks. Not willing to pay the risk premium when a company with predictable earnings can be bought.

I hope we get to the turning points soon.

To me it looks like the MSFT, INTC, IBM, DELL etc.. types are being bought for safety.
