Ross Systems Announces New Sale in Europe
ATLANTA, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading provider of enterprise management software and e-business solutions for the mid-market process industries, announced today that Quebecor World European Holdings SA, the European arm of Quebecor World Inc., the largest printing company in the world, has signed an agreement to extend the usage of Ross' iRenaissance products across Europe. The contract will be delivered in phases and will provide for over 500 concurrent users over the next three years. The first phase provides for 19 additional sites in France and Spain. Subsequent phases will provide for additional sites in Austria, Germany, Scandinavia, and the UK.
Quebecor will deploy the full iRenaissance process ERP product suite across the region by utilizing Ross' 'ThinX' thin-client technology on their existing network. Edwards and concluded that Ross, because of its excellent process manufacturing functionality, scalability and global support capability, continued to be an ideal solution for our growing operation."
