Abuses herself? No.... It was usually the father, or even her father, sometimes one and the same, who hit her in the stomach, and not necessarily with her consent. The desired result was still termination of pregnancy but with the added "benefit" of pain to the woman/Harlot/Jezebel/Eve.

I saw a magazine at the checkout stand that professed tp know the exact day, hour minute that their god is going to fly in here. It's this summer. I think I'd just rather be surprised. <g>
