BHE posted good results the other day for Q4. With revs at a 2 bill current run rate and 20 mill shares out , BHEs PSR whcih is a good way to value these companies is only .3 compared to .5 for SCI and 1 to 1.5 for the top tier JBLs, FLEX and SLRs. With top notch customers like EMC,SUNW and LU leading the way and their expertise in complex system build and PCBA you would think this company would sell for double its current price of 30. The forward PE looks like a value stock at below 15 and a PEG under .5. Cash earnings which is what this industry focuses on makes them very cheap IMO and they will be cash flow positive despite interest charges of 6 mill a quarter. When the convertibles go away the balance sheet also will look pretty decent. The guidance was conservative for the next 2 quarters like every other company but with any pick up in the tech economy you would think this company would do well with its 5 new program wins , one being a large telecom customer and their plant expanisions for system build in Ireland, Singapore, and US. I am sticking with BHE.
