Comverse Infosys First To Receive Nortel Networks' Compatible Product Certificate
Nortel Networks Certifies Comverse Infosys' Recording and Quality Monitoring Solutions
WOODBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2001--Comverse Infosys, Inc., a subsidiary of Comverse Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:CMVT - news) and a global leader in multimedia recording and monitoring systems for contact centers, telecom network providers, CRM and e-commerce, announced today that its recording and quality monitoring solutions are the first to have been certified for compatibility with the Nortel Networks(TM) Meridian(TM) 1 PBX and the Symposium(TM) Call Center Server.
Comverse Infosys, a member of the Nortel Networks Developer Program, successfully passed testing on ULTRA(TM) 6.7, a multi-application recording solution; Mentor(TM) 2.1, a quality monitoring solution; and ULTRASelect(TM) 3.0, a comprehensive application suite for monitoring, measuring and managing quality in contact centers. ULTRA also received certification for compatibility with Nortel Networks' Meridian 1 PBX in Europe.

To be awarded the Nortel Networks Certificate of Compatibility, a product must pass testing on integration, functionality and stability. Certification indicates to customers that the product will work on their Nortel Networks platform, and grants Comverse Infosys the right to use the Nortel Networks Compatible Product brandmark on sales collateral and marketing materials pertaining to the awarded products.
