Clinton and Jackson broke the law. Clinton used the government to subvert justice and Jackson uses his race to avoid paying taxes on his illegal payments - because they came out of tax deductible charities - to his mistress.

Clinton was impeached, lost his law license and paid several fines and Jackson, merely lost his reputation - or better yet, fulfilled it.
