I think CSCO should trade in the lower 20's or 1.5 times 5 year growth rate of 33% or so. So CSCO is with-in 15 to 20% of being a buy.JMHO

You have to ask yourself. Self, "What is the catalyst to drive them higher?" I said many moons ago to bp, the market has left something that we might never see in our life times, and that there was no catalyst to drive the market, other then broadband. Well the broadband roll out has been delayed big time. So, I'm left with the only remaining catalyst my pea brain can think of, price. The market is looking for that price level as I type.
