LOILY - Rumors Running Rampant FWIW, and JMHO, there is definitely something happening behind the scenes here, but I have found nothing official to date. Big blocks have been recently bought on the Swedish exchange (smart money in the home state), in addition to the million-share block (Huge!) that recently crossed on the NASDAQ a few days ago. Speculation about the Sudan development is gargantuan... 300 MMbbls... from reliable sources. I think it's fair to speculate that Adolf ain't following a "Field of Dreams" strategy with that big new road in the Sudan (i.e., "If you build it, they will come"). IMO, it's a purpose-built road. Nobody spends that kind of moolah in a place like Sudan without a very specific reason. Thirdly, rumors in general are flying. Can't be more specific than that. Finally, and most importantly, the most reliable personal source I know about this stock... the legendary Greywolf himself... has given his unqualified stamp of approval.
