just a thought dude, but when using volume as a negation of the rising wedge, did u take into consideration the numerous stock splits that happened between jan and sept, and the gaggle of nas stocks that were trading at 100 buckerunee's in march and are now a couple bucks,

it takes a lot less money to move 2 billion shares in jan of 2001, than it took in feb/march 2000.
