Does anyone know if Cisco can buy back their owns shares. I believe there is a restriction on share repurchases if the company has done a pooling of interest deal in the past 6 months. Does anyone know the date of the last pooling of interest deal the company did? I remember this from MSFT when they had to suspend their buyback program for 6months due to a small pooling of interests deal. TIA.
