I have followed Asia for several years and of course was in at $4.50 thinking it couldn`t go lower. Boy what a lesson.I am wondering if this is finally what`s going to make things happen or is this just another hurdle ? Also this bank is very bureaucratic , and I have to wonder how long they will drag this out. I`d love to average in at this price but I really don`t need to be burned again. Any thoughts about how long this financing could take?
