Joe,

Bush has three options to cut spending:

1. Cut the military (not going to happen.)
2. Cut Social Security (not going to happen.)
3. Reduce interest payments on the debt. (not going to happen.)

That accounts for almost the entire Federal Budget.

In other words, significant budget cuts are not going to happen.

The Reps are about to get called on their own BS.
