with tequila (a lily family). There is a very interesting interview with Rick Bayless on tequila at table.mpr.org

It is interesting that, unlike single-malt scotch, newly-made tequilas are better.

Part of what Bayless says is that tequila comes from the agave plant, which is part of the lily family. So, here's to WIND! To extend Allen's analogy to the lily pond, after WIND breaks out, I think this thread should adopt tequila as its official drink. If WIND for some mysterious reason craters, I think we should also down some tequila.
