Last pooling deal was in the July 2000 quarter. I looked through the acquisitions and there have been no pooling on interest deals.

To me that means, Cisco may initiate its first Stock Repurchase Program if the stock still displays weakness or they may do it anyways.
Many other growth companies in years past have bought when the PEs were high...such as MSFT and DELL in years past.

Expecting Cisco start buying back shares and many other companies as well. Reason is that stock will be the currency for many deals.
Also expecting to start seeing some cash deals soon in the tech space.
