As a pedantic onetime chemistry major, I got to point out that a molecule of water in the liquid state probably has a lifetime in the milliseconds at best. The H's interchange pretty freely. It'd be an interesting combinatorial problem to figure the odds of some dinosaur era molecules reassembling.
