The question we need answered from SNDK concerns the details of what royalties they are receiving. Who is paying royalties, and on what devices? Which patents are involved? I recently sent a fax to the CFO and also to investor relations, asking for a response by phone, fax, or email. However, I have not heard from anyone. These questions do not have to wait until the next conference call. As shareholders, we have a right to know who is paying royalties, and how much. At least we have the right to see that data through the most recent quarter. Perhaps more people on this thread should send email inquiries to Calderoni and Spehar. If there is enough interest, then maybe SNDK will issue PR or at least communicate with some of those who asked the questions. Note, this should be done ONLY by those who actually own the stock, as stock ownership ENTITLES the owner to that information. Art
