This will raise the Enron stock price W's ex-CEO buddy -- still more money on his Enron position. Meanwhile it is critical to DRILL MORE in the Alaska Wilderness to "help" the electricity crisis in CA. Hint Ca generates its power using natural gas not oil. More money for the buddies. Don't get in the way of the hogs when they are headed for the trough.
