Would you say that the NDX is forming the right shoulder of a Head & Shoulders bottom on the daily chart and that the weekly NDX looks to be near an interim bottom with an MACD crossover in the works? If this happens it should help FCEL which has a ton of positive news due to hit the street. Rolling thunder this spring.
