Hi Windsock,
This is what I believe needs some investigative research.

If it is indeed true that Bush intends to pick the pockets of high-tech businesses for the gains of T's Energy/Oil companies, then this is a matter that high-tech needs to fight.

I suspect Grove might be busy over the next four years protecting our high-tech interests.
