Joe, How about giving every citizen and permanent resident of this country a bill for his portion of the debt ($20,000+) and let them decide if they want to pay it off right away, pay it off slowly, or just pay interest, and wait until inflation erodes the debt to nothing? How about being responsible and stop believing in imaginary solutions to a serious problem? Every man woman and child in America pays over $1000 a year in interest on the nations debt. My family has spent over $50,000 in the past decade to retroactively finance Reagan's accounting difficulties. Scumbria
