Intel Investors - Costco in Sunnyvale is selling fully decked out HP 1.5 GHz Pentium 4 systems - including 19 inch monitor - for $2499.

They had a stack of these today along with HP Pentium III PCs.

Over at MicroExpress, they also had stacks of Pentium 4 PCs as well as Pentium 3 PCs (and a GORGEOUS $4000 LCD Cinema Display - 22 inch diagonal - from Apple Computer ).

This ubiquity of Pentium 4 PCs - along with recent announcements from Toshiba, NEC and Samsung about rapid ramps in RAMBUS memory production - give strong evidence of Intel's P4 manufacturing ramp and their success in establishing Pentium 4 PCs as the High End PC of choice.

This is all very encouraging.
