Hell, I'll take slow down over fast down ANY day. Continued choppy bleed makes for much better trading. Lousy for options, but great for shorts.

We've inflicted enormous damage in the past few days. Getting the market to actually gap down and close down on the CSCO release was quite a victory, and having it stick the next day as well was my wet dream.

Plus, I haven't had a whole lot of time to review charts the past couple of weeks, so the slower approach is giving me time to catch up.
