O.K........I'm finished "Crescent Moon" and I can tell you that Pooh lives in a better place. Strangely Pooh and the protagonist in Crescent Moon both face the same challenges. The greatest of these being hunger. Three obvious differences spring to mind.

Firstly, Pooh took his honey from bees not men. It doesn't matter how old Pooh should become the bees will continue to make the honey.

Secondly, Pooh had some good friends to help him through his troubles hence Pooh never ended up hiding out from life in jail. Pooh embraces life and does so without worry because in the 100 Acre Wood things do just seem to get done.

Lastly, Pooh is an optimist. Why ................ because no matter how tightly he has ever been wedged in a tree in his pursuit of honey, his friends have always been able to assist his exit.

Sadly the protagonist in Crescent Moon seemed to lack the social skills necessary to develop such relationships.

Just a Kowboy's thoughts,

Adios .
