If the tax cut is implemented, we will need the extra money to break even vs. the inflation caused by Bush pumping unwanted cash into the economy.

If the tax cut is a given, I guess we will have to come up with the same amount of spending cuts to maintain the desirable path. Spending cut is going to suck up a lot of that unwanted cash.
