RECETA DE COCINA........ARROZ CON LECHE. Arroz con leche Ingredientes 1 litro de leche ½ taza de arroz 1/3 taza de azúcar 3 huevos 3 cuharadas de azúcar 1 cucharadita de vainilla Poner a hervir la leche junto con el arroz y 1/3 taza de azúcar. Dejar cocinar durante 20 minutos Batir aparte las 3 yemas con 2 cucharadas de azúcar y la vainilla y agregarlas al arroz templando un poco la mezcla de huevo con la leche caliente para que no se corte. Llevar al fuego durante 1 minuto más mezclando con pala de madera. Retirar del fuego e incorporar las 3 claras batidas a nieve con l cucharada de azúcar. Mezclar y servir espolvoreado de canela, si se desea. Podemos agregarle al arroz con leche pasas de uva o agregar a la leche algunos clavitos de olor, que una vez pronto el arroz podremos retirar.
