yes, but there might be hope in that the prez bush administration
has the agenda of the republician party to make the democratic party
look bad so that in 4 years re-election will not need those chad(s)
but bad to basics of "its the economy dummy" with the possibility
that aSoon the World's House of Economic Paper Money Cards fall
then prez bush has over 3 years to fix it and if its not fully fixed
in 4 years from last November, then the blame will be on the clinSin admin.

I believe that bubbleonians will continue to believe
in the fabled second-half recovery,
as they have every year for the last few years.

The difference is that in days gone by
they were referring to a specific industry.

As tech problems evolved over the last few years
in PCs in particular, whenever there was a problem
in the first two quarters there was a belief in a second-half recovery.

Now the belief in the second-half recovery has spread to
the stock market and economy at large.

When they realize that it ain't happening,
folks will stop pretending and head for the exits.

That's when we run the risk of having a crash
as the light bulb goes off for everyone at once
