RECETA DE COCINA.........BUDIN DEL 900.

Budín del 900


Ingredientes

6 huevos
1 taza de azúcar
1 taza de coco rallado
1 taza de queso rallado
½ litro de leche
Batir los huevos y mezclarlos con el azúcar, el coco rallado y el queso rallado. Agregar la leche, mezclar y verter en budinera enmantecada.

Llevar a horno moderado durante 45 a 50 minutos.

Servir cubierto de mermelada o jalea, o podemos prepararlo en molde acaramelado, si se desea.
