RECETA DE COCINA.........BUñUELOS DE VIENTO. Buñuelos de viento Ingredientes ¼ litro de agua 1 taza de harina 50 gramos de manteca ½ cucharadita de sal 4 huevos 1 cucharadita de vainilla aceite para freír Llevar a hervir el agua junto con la manteca. Cuando rompe el hervor retirar del fuego y agregar de golpe la harina, revolviendo siempre con cuchara de madera. Llevar nuevamente al fuego durante unos minutos, revolviendo continuamente hasta que la pasta se desprenda de la olla y forme una bola. Retirar del fuego y agregar la vainilla, dejar templar la mezcla y agregar los huevos. Batir bien y freír la mezcla por cucharadas en aceite caliente. Escurrirlos en papel absorbente y servirlos chorreteados de miel o espolvoreados con azúcar impalpable. Recetas
