Since convergence is spoken here, we must go back and review Antec's business direction. Headend cable modem is only an ethernet card. Only the 10 of the 10/100 ethernet is used in the set top box too. So, the next generation cable modem is a natural, eventually the 1 gb ethernet will ride in DWDM using wireless protocol of tdma or cdma with millions of dedicated channels for cable subscribers. The future has spoken and ANTC just have to put one foot in front of the other. March the planned obsolescence and replacement schedule. Good luck management. Take your sweet time to own all the customers and build a great business for the next 10 years.
