btw This is PROOF POSITIVE (that worthless prick) Clinton MANIPULATED the price of one metal LOWER! While he was disposing of US Strategic Reserves of Lead (Pb) he did NOT BUY ammo with the money allocated to the DoD for that sole purpose by Congress!!!!!!!! Manipulation of the price of Lead is a direct manipulation of the cost of silver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
