Good Evening Ron, Just thought I would drop in and give an idea on how I use T/A to get a clearer picture of what a stock is doing. With the software that I use I set up my charts to show me Bolinger Bands with a deviation of 2 and a MA of 10, and also I use Stochastics ( %K=28, %d=5, %D=5 and an overbought signal @ 80 & an oversold signal @ 20) which gives me a clearer picture of where (hopefully) a stock may be going. Onc a week I download all the stocks on VSE,ASE & TSE (the three exchanges that i'm interested in) and my software allows me to scan all of them within a few minutes, with the peramiters that I have set I then only look at about 10-15 stocks that fall within those peramiters and then I download those ones every night along with the ones that I have a vested interest in. Now that I have said how I do it I would like to hear from others that can blow holes in my way of doing so that I can try other methods & maybe learn something which is what this should all be about, Fred P.S.
