WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2001--Evergreen Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq:ESLR), a developer, marketer, and manufacturer of photovoltaic (solar power) panels for the worldwide market, today announced that it is scheduled to present at the First Annual New Power Economy Conference hosted by Banc of America Securities, on Tuesday, February 13, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The conference will be held at the Pierre Hotel in New York City from February 12-14, 2001.
