Also this bank is very bureaucratic , and I have to wonder how long they will drag this out. I`d love to average in at this price but I really don`t need to be burned again. Any thoughts about how long this financing could take? always keep this in mind when dealing with this project. Nobody appears to "want" to finance this project, or it would have been done long ago. So what carrot has APQ given to the bank? My bet is the fiancing will go thru, but APQ's ownership of this project will be severly minimized. Wright has attempted to play hardball for 4 years, and it has got him nowhere. So the assumption is not logical to think that his "hardball" position has all of a sudden made sense. My personal belief is to get this project up and running, there will be "huge share dillution" and a minimizing of the final APQ interest in this project to a level that we would not appreciate.
