New institutional investment in HDII... For the first time in at least a year, there were institutions investing in HDII. A total of 29,800 shares were purchased by 2 institutions in the quarter ended 12/31/00. Thus this data is still current. Prior to this quarter, there was no institutional money in HDII according to insidertrader.com (there was also an insider purchase of 7500 shares during the quarter, the first such open market purchase in ~18 months). insidertrader.com While this is obviously a trivial amount of absolute dollars, this may signal a landmark that the company is beginning to scratch the surface of institutional radar.
