Interesting you claim it won't accomplish much when the details aren't available.

It may just put the breaks on the "feeding frenzy" (remember the Intel Earned Tax Credit?) and require the sock puppet to actually present a well thought out budget before giving away the store.

Those kind of give-away excesses need to be checked.

We need to stop the slide into the voodoo economics of Reagan's trickle down supply side theories. Even Stockman, the architect of that disaster, admitted to fabricating the statistics before selling the budget to Congress.

As far as I can tell these guys haven't even bother to pitch a budget (let alone lie about it.) Incredibly stupid...
