MB, I don't have a lot of choice in the IRA where I've started working -- they've recently added the self-directed option for a threshold of funds, but the management fees are highway robbery rates.

Since I've been contributing it's gone all to the money market option. There is a fund that tracks the Morgan Stanley EAFE index ... do you think it would be wise to put 1/6 or 1/9 of my funds in that at this point?
Japan is a large part of it and the Nikkei has been hitting fresh lows lately -- if the dollar weakens, this would tend to help too, right? Or would you wait a few more months?
