Ken,

I think you can trade ISSI but you know the Semis are going to have a down quarter. If all these companies are lowering sales projections that means they need less parts. I'm sure that ripple is being felt in the Semis ordering right now. ISSI has held up better than it should. I probably will try to cover if it would dip a little more. Look at the 50 DMA. Thats were I bought earlier in the week.
