It's funny, not that long ago the zealots here were doing 'flight surveys' of Dell facilities and talking about Dell 'paving the Texas prairie' with warehouses. In response, I was posting my 'IBM stories' about how IBM leased every available building in the Poughkeepsie area in the 1980's, and how that turned out.... The more things change.... Regards, John
