bob "After using the end it all program, I reboot. I thought you did as well. I am unable to shut down the computer completely otherwise." i don't have any shutdown issues. enditall is used exclusively prior to defragging, disk scans or software installation. then i either reboot or shutdown. are you saying that after enditall you can not shut down? or are you saying you are unable to shut down, so you use enditall, then reboot? :) mark
