So it looks like in most cases of online stock fraud the SEC is happy as long as they get a piece of the action ... where is the real justice? Tokyo Joe should do at least some jail time if they want to really deter people from committing this type of crime. The message they are sending is that if you get caught you'll have to give up some (not all) of your profits from the scam. The SEC has made these types of deals in the past and it hasn't prevented people like Tokyo Joe from committing the crime after others have been punished in this way. I say shame on the SEC if they don't put Tokyo Joe in jail.
