Not so strange institutions usually buy after volume drops. Often there large blocks are negotiated. They can negotiate a better price when volume drops off. Of course when they make there trade volume goes up! BTW some have surmised that Microsoft's Bill Gates has bought in after seeing DST demo a couple of weeks ago! Pattern is not a saucer breakout. But a W bottem breakout.
