52-week low. . . I'm sure others on this thread have realized that the TRAILING pe multiple for GLW is now lower than some reconizable high-profile retailers. The price, I believe, now warrants prudent accumulation on a dollar cost averaging scaling model. Technically, on a short term basis, the stock is also obviously oversold.
