I read your post of a few days ago and have to second your question......WHY? It seems that this is a classic and successful turnaround situation. Some very "big balls" actions were taken and the first financial report out of that transformation was very positive.

I understand that there are some short positions and I understand the negative implications of voting more shares.....but I don't understand why this stock has not had more action in the past few months.

Can someone out there explain (or, at least give their opinion on) why this puppy is stuck where it is?

I think a debate on this issue is in order. Remember, management is watching and they may respond......they too would like to see this stock rise.
