SI appearance question ..

Just upgraded my browser to IE 5.5 ..

In SI, when I open the RT Quotes window it
initially 'places' itself too low on the
screen, requiring that I 'move' it to use it ..

Once I have 'placed' the RT Quotes window
where I want it, is there a way save that format
either in SI or the browser settings ?? TIA
