One thing they might do is clean up their brochure mailing lists. I receive two identical business solutions catalogs and two identical home systems catalogs, for a total of four, every time they do a mailing. I lost count of how many express service code numbers they've assigned and re-assigned me. And I only have 5 Dell computers (2 of which are ancient). Imagine how many catalogs and account numbers a larger business might have.
