But I enjoy your rants. And you usually say something in a different way than me that makes me think. James Madison is my main source on the tyranny of the majority. I haven't heard too many other rants on the subject.

And I do think that a someone from a "minority" can us intimidation that would make them as liable. For instance, if I got reallllly fed up someday with the USSC allowing state laws that are admittly directed against the practice of homosexual behavior and blew up a building with the intention of scaring people into changing the laws, I think I would be as liable under "hate crimes" laws as a member of a "majority". My intention would be to control the behavior and actions of others, aside from the crime of blowing up a building.

Not that I would ever even think of such of a thing.
