I was going to start a letter but never got started, since I had thought it would be nice to go to them and say "look,l we raised 1/2, now all we need is the other half." Unfortunately, our case will be harder to make if we only get a small fraction of the amount required. Additionally, INSP is cutting back its expenses everywhere they can.

But I will write one anyway. I just emailed Bernie BTW.
